I want to know the answer to the following question: if a person is defriended by someone that they've been chatting with on WeChat does that automatically delete all of their WeChats with the person who defriended them?
I've been told by a regular user of WeChat that the answer to my question is no and that for WeChat history to be deleted, the defriended party has to actually do the deleting him or herself.

Step 1: First of all, check whether you have the latest backup. Tap “Settings” >You Name > “iCloud” > “Storage” > “Manage Storage”. Then you can see the date and size of the latest backup.
Step 2: Tap “Settings” > “General” > “Reset” > “Erase All Contents and Settings” to erase all contents and settings on your phone.
Step 3: Set up your iPhone for the first time you use it. When setting “Apps & Data”, tap “Restore from iCloud Backup”.
Note that iTunes requires you to restore all backups on your iPhone and all existing data will be overwritten. Follow the steps for recovery from iTunes backup.
Step 1: Launch iTunes and connect your phone to the computer
Step 2: On the left side, click “Summary” > “Restore backup”
Step 3: Wait for the process completed, and the latest backup will be restored to your iPhone
