I would like to erase the information from my Tab A

I just put my information into a new Tab A but would like to erase it all

Short summary:

  1. Open the Settings app and navigate to "Accounts."
  2. Remove any Google account listed.
  3. Go back to the Settings menu.
  4. Look for "Reset" or "Factory data reset."
  5. Select the reset option and confirm.
  6. Wait for the reset process to complete.
  7. Your tablet will reboot to its factory settings.
  8. Check your router for a sticker with the network password.

Customer Replay

author

Ok!
In that case, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn off your tablet.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons.
  3. Continue to hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the Android Recovery screen appears then release both buttons.

And let me know what you see after that.

Once you open Settings --> scroll through the list of settings locate - 'Accounts'
We need to remove the Google Account before reset, to ensure it will not ask for a password after reset

Customer Replay

don't see google accout
