I received my equipment and realized I was signed up as a residential plan and I should have been an RV plan

hat do I need to do to get that switched.

To change the plan:

  1. Go to http://www.starlink.com/ and sign in if prompt
  2. Click the Manage button on the account
  3. Click the edit icon for Service Type
  4. Confirm the change to RV

Please, try those instructions and let me know about the results
