I received a free J7L BLU phone and need my service turned back on

I lost service on the phone because I didn't use it for 2 months an I just need my service turned back on. Phone #*****

I received the J7L free and was told I would have free call time an free texting as long as I used my phone at least once per month. Not sure who was providing the service
A lady was set up on the street handing out these free blu phones. Do u have any suggestions who I could talk to

Did you have any errors on your phone when the card stopped working?

The lady wrote down my info then activated the phone an said I had to use the phone, either calling or texting to keep it activated. I did not use it for 2 months an it was deactivated. Can u reactivate it
She said I had to make at least one call or one text

  1. Take out your SIM from your mobile
  2. Note the printed numbers on your SIM. That is your mobile number

  2. Open your device's Settings app.
  3. Tap About phone. To find manufacturer info, tap Model & hardware. To find carrier info, tap SIM status and check under "Network."

Please, contact your carrier via phone at 1-877-453-1304 and request for reactivation:

  1. Provide details like the IMEI and SIM number to the customer care rep
  2. Enquire if you can use the same SIM card or if you need a new one after reactivation
  3. Follow the rep’s instructions of the rep.
