Press Fan and UP simultaneously and hold for approximately 3 seconds. The screen will change to display two numbers

Now, if you select 1, the thermostat will change back and forth from heat to cool as needed without you having to do so manually.
Alternatively, you can just hit Next

The problem was before is when you set it in heat the thermos says its on but the heat wasn't pumping or blowing im still seeing if its cooling down

I put the new thermos in about three weeks ago and everything worked fine but when we needed heat it would say heat on and it would click but not heat

Yes now the air feels like it's cool but temp isn't dropping on thermostat in going to let it run awhile and then try the heat next
