- The COS Courses folder is showing as within the folder 1-WCPSS Collaborative Operating System which is owned by someone else: *****_ Staff Superintentdent, shared Nov 6, 2019
Do we need to get the COS Courses folder out of there? COS Courses is owned by ***** - COS Branding Elements is in 1-WCPSS Collaborative Operating System and is owned by *****. It needs to not be in that folder. It won’t let me “show folder location” for 1-WCPSS
- Within COS Courses, 01 COS Master Course Documents is owned by a different email account of mine and needs to be owned by my COS email account. Same with “Project Manage

***** is the owner of the business. I am a project support assistant. All her course materials are showing as within a folder that we don't own. I'm super concerned that that Parent folder could get deleted. Would we lose everything if that is the case?
The folder we don't own is 1-WCPSS Collaborative Operating System.
It shouldn't, but just in case you could copy all the materials and create a copy of that folder
It's huge. Is there a simple way to do that?
It seems like you cannot duplicate folders on Drive. That is crazy!

What happens if I move our folder out of her shared folder? Would all the links to those documents change? I don't have contact with 1-WCPSS folder owner.

I suggest asking her if it is possible to transfer ownership of the folder
