I have just received my Bank Statement and notice that £59 99p was taken out one the16th May 2022 and again a week later on the 23rd of May am mystified with this as I was supposed to have a months free trial, I was able to watch on my lap top but unable to get it on my TV i am 80yrs ld and very much a technophobe in these matters what should I do now?
