I have just intalled the new sim card as part of the upgrade, and now I'm not connected to a network

What do I do?

Short summary:

  1. Open the Visible app on your device and log into your account.
  2. Ensure all items on the activation checklist are marked as completed.
  3. Tap the "Activate" button in the app and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. If the issue persists, visit the Visible website to verify your plan and payment details.
  5. Return to the Visible app and try the activation process again.

Please follow:

  1. Tap the app and log into your account.
  2. Make sure all of the items on the activation checklist are checked off.
  3. Press the blue Activate button.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Rejoice.

now it is saying the info does not match what is on file

Have you verified the Visible plan and payment method, before clicking Activation button?

it hasn't asked me to do that, , and there is no option to do so
