I have had a lenovop11 plus tablet and find that the camera does not work

Do I understand correctly, the built-in camera in your Lenovo tablet doesn't work, is that correct?
i spoke to lenovo on the telephone,they told me to factory reset,i did this,and it worked,but now i have a black screen with the message=>fastboot,i can't switch it on
What troubleshooting have you done so far, *****?

You can get out of it immediately by long pressing the Power button until it turns off and brings you back to the main screen again.

i have twice had to put my sd card in,and its telling me do do it again

If not, you'll have to check the tablet for hardware damage in the closest repair shop to you
