I have been trying to pay my bill for over a week and still haven't got it paid yet

I have also tried to put in my credit card information and that hasn't helped either. I want to be able to print.

I have tried to log into my account and not successful. I have called multiple times over the past week with no progress.

It would come to the page and the circle prompt would go round and round and would not boot up. Also,if it did boot up, it would not let me update my account and I don't know why.

All I want is to pay my bill and be able to print. I use my phone because I can't use my laptop right now. It is in the shop.

I would ask you to do the following, please:
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app

  1. At the top right, tap More.
  2. Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  4. Next to "Cookies and site data" check the box.
  5. Tap Clear data.
    Please, note, using this option may delete some information stored at your Google Chrome app.
