What does shipping service has to do with it. I just need to change my address. I don’t want my purchase to be going to someone else.

I don’t know the address. It is just an e- mail from PCH asking you to enter the sweepstakes and to purchase items. If it is that difficult, I can wait until tomorrow to speak to someone.
