Hello, thank you for using Howly.
What troubleshooting have you done with your Epson 3640?

I have disconnected the WI Fi, disconnected the computer, disconnected the Printer. Deleted the printer from my computer and added back in and same thing continues to happen. Others can print from their phones and computers. Even if I hook up with a USB it still says, "Encryption Code Expired"
But the scanner works fine

Let's try these steps:

  1. On your, Mac Navigate to Applications and select Utilities.
  2. Launch the Printer Setup Utility.
  3. Click on the plus sign to add the printer.
  4. Go to the IP tab and select Line Printer Daemon from the Protocol list.
  5. Then enter your printer’s IP address, add a name for it, and hit the Add button.

Are these steps clear to you?
