I have turned my phone right off and restarted it. I've tried to remove the VoLTE & phone symbol but had no luck. I have on 100% battery & wifi & data connection so am stumped

Removed SIM & re-inserted it then sent text and it seems to be working.

What I don't understand is why would I be able to text to some and not others if it was the SIM?

The problem could be with SIM card positioning in the slot. So it was connected to the phone not in proper way
