I can’t delete my old credit card which has been stopped by the bank because it has been fraudulently used and I wish to put in the new one but it wont let me because it says there is still money owing from the old card

2. Tap the More button, then tap Card Details the card details icon.
3. Scroll down and tap Remove This Card.
