I can’t access the programs the screen is showing the Hi but it is frozen and won’t let me go any further

I have logged out and signed back in on my phone and have rebooted the internet but nothing works??

yes I can access it on my phone but not the tv it worked on the tv this morning

Please try to un-plug your devices from the outlet, wait for 30s, and plug them back in.
