im locked out i can only tripple tap on the side buton and when i do that it displaying Accessibility shortcuts which are assitive touch, classic invert etc but after that the screen is not sensitive to my touch its like frozen from there
And is there any message on the phone screen?

The screen is locked buy there is a 1 missed called that i could not answer because the phone is not touch sensitive and also another notification from settings of which i can not open

Try restarting it normally by simultaneously holding the Side button and Volume up/down. If your touchscreen is still responsive enough to swipe the Slide to power off the slider, swipe it.

Its giving me the option but wont allow touch screen to turn it off
