I bought a used Ipad

But now I can't use it because I don't know the Icloud address and password. What can I do

Yes, but first, I should remove the old address, which I don't know

To delete an iCloud account without entering the password can follow these simple steps:
Open the Settings and press on iCloud.
When you tap on the iCloud option, you will be asked for the password.
Press 'done' after entering the random number.
Tap on OK and then Cancel.

Does the iPad have a Home button?

Keep holding them until you see the recovery-mode screen.
After that, you will see the option to "Restore" or "Update", choose Restore.
