I bought a computer from flea market and can't get in it to upgrade to windows 10

Please, follow the instructions below:

  1. Press Windows Key + I on Desktop, In the PC Settings window click Accounts
  2. Now in the right pane of this screen, you'll see the Microsoft account you're linked to.
  3. Click Disconnect, it will ask you to create a local account instead.
  4. Now follow the on-screen instructions and create the local account.
