I am trying to arrange a swap phone under my Samsung Care plan

my subscription number is *****, every time I go into the site and submit my email address (which you have on file) I receive advice that a code has been sent to my email address to verify me. So far, I have done this 4 times and still have not received a code

Yes, for some reason it has been going to my Junk file, why can this be from someone like Samsung
