Thanks
It may be a few reasons why it is showing it:
Check if the motor wires are plugged in or check if the motor is stuck.
Check if the cables are damaged. This can cause a short circuit.

How do I know if the motor is stuck?

Can you push the pedals?

Customer Replay

The cables are fine and i can push the pedals

Ok, then please reconnect all cables and restart the bike.

Customer Replay

That worked, I restarted it after I unplugged it and plugged it back in

Great!
Is there anything else I can do for you today?

Customer Replay

Well thank you for your assistance, have a good rest of your day.
