I rebooted my bike for updates and now I have a screen that says available firmware and my serial number does not sho to connect

And the only app that can be opened is for Echelon, right?

Please, try following these instructions:

  1. Unplug the USB and DC IN power cords from the tablet of the equipment. You can also press the power button until the "Power off" option pops up on the top-right corner in order to shut down the mounted tablet.
  2. Press and hold the plus volume up button.
  3. Plug the DC IN power cable for the tablet back in while continuing to hold the plus volume up button.
  4. The tablet will boot up into the Android recovery boot menu. Release the plus volume up button.
  5. Use the plus and minus volume buttons to move the menu selection.
  6. Choose Wipe Data/Factory Reset from the menu. Press the power button on the tablet to make your selection.
