I am attempting to activate a samsung galaxy s22 ultra and cannot access the code sent to my s10e because the screen does not work

Is there any way to bypass the two step verification. I cannot access my google account either, so if that is a method used it will not work in my case

Hello, thank you for using Howly, my name is Vitalii. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

Does it send the code to your phone or phone NUMBER exactly?

Customer Replay

yes it will send the code to my old phone which is broken and i cannot access

I mean does it send the code to your Gmail app or to your phone number via SMS? Which of these two methods is used?

Customer Replay

sms with my phone number

Okay then, you can get the SIM card from your broken phone and insert in to another phone in order to receive the code

Customer Replay

okay i am attempting to do that

After you have inserted the SIM card, you need to tap on "Send code" again

Customer Replay

does phone brand matter? ive swapped the sim cards on a different phone but i am not getting any messages

No, the phone brand doesn't matter. Have you tried to resend the code?

Customer Replay

yes but ive been locked out and have to wait 7 minutes

Please, wait for 7 minutes and send it again, lost while you're locked, I suggest you to reboot your phone

Customer Replay

it worked
