But I read from the web... Visio Pro is only compatible to Business Office 365, not family or personal office 365...
You can use them. They both use Click-to-Run and are the same version
That means I can only purchase the click-to-run version of Visio Pro?
Any Microsoft software installed with a Click to Run installer can be installed alongside Office 365. That would include Visio 2019 or later, Project 2019 or later, and the Click to Run versions of Visio 2016 and Project 2016. If you have both Project and Visio installed, their versions must be the same as each other
Just to be clear... my version of Office 365 is a personal / family version, NOT a business / enterprise version...
