I accidentally expanded my i phone 14 pro max screen so beeter read the text, now the screen field is so large ican't use the phone

No worry, try to restart the phone first

Let's try a force restart
Force restart iPhone:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

How do I stop my iPhone screen from expanding?
To turn off Zoom, go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom, then tap to turn Zoom off.
And more things after the above:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size
  2. Adjust any of the following: Bold Text: Display the text in boldface characters. Larger Text: Turn on Larger Accessibility Sizes, then adjust the text size using the Font Size slider.
