Thank you *****!
Did it used to be connected to your Wi-Fi?

Customer Replay

yes it did and I told it to forget that network and it won’t connect to any

Does your Wi-Fi network still show up in the list of available networks?

Customer Replay

No I have tried adding it and it tells
me it can’t find it
so can’t get Netflix or Stan or anything

Is you router powered up and running?
I mean, could your Wi-Fi actually be down?

Customer Replay

yes the iPads and phones have connected to it it’s a netgear
no it’s not down
it’s net gear m6pro

Are there a lot of other networks available in your vicinity?
Does your TV show a long list of other networks?

Customer Replay

it picks up three that are all locked around here

Understood.
Have you tried powering off your TV, then unplugging it for 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in?

Customer Replay

yep and the tried a reset

Have you tried the same thing with your router?

Customer Replay

I will do that now as it’s new didn’t do that just tried to connect

If you lose me in the process, simply refresh or re-open Howly in your browser tab

Customer Replay

ok turned and unplugged everything

Customer Replay

internet was working on Foxtel but not the tv
Ok so turning everything back on now
telling me unable to access the internet

Is that what your TV is showing?

Customer Replay

Yes
i have just tried adding network and it wants a type of security what should I put in
none, wow, wow/wpa2psk
wep

WPA2 is the most often used one, but if it 's not being discovered, it is unlikely to help

Customer Replay

I’m have put that in and now atill
waiting
It couldn’t find net work!!!

I see
Let us try and connect it via WPS

Customer Replay

  1. Select Pair with (network name).
The default network name will begin with ATT-WIFI.

Customer Replay

Now, you need to enter NETWORK SETUP on your Kogan TV
Look for an option titled CONNECT WITH WPS

Router says unable to pair ?

Customer Replay

The listening period must have expired
Could you tell me what you see in the Network Settings menu on your TV?
Is there a CONNECT WITH WPS in there?

It gives me the option now to pick it up with limited connection it is now on the list

Customer Replay

Please select that option

y
Fingers crossed
noooooooo it says try again

Customer Replay

Please tap PAIR WITH on your router's display, and then immediately try again on your TV

yeah !!!!! It worked after I redid it !!!

Customer Replay
