How do I receive emails again on my mobile phone?

I have the outlook app but it dosent show my emails

Short summary:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile phone.
  2. If you are not logged into your account, click on "Add Account".
  3. If you see the message "This is already a Microsoft account. Please try a different email address" when adding your email account, try to use a different email address or re-install the app.
  4. If you cannot add your email account to the app, try to re-install the app by going to Google Play or using the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.outlook&hl=uk&gl=US and clicking "Uninstall", then install it back.
  5. After the app is re-installed, try to add your email account again.
  6. Once your email account is added successfully, you should be able to receive emails on your mobile phone.

Could you please try to re-install the app on your phone?
In order to do that, please go to Google Play or use the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.outlook&hl=uk&gl=US and click 'Uninstall' then after the process is done, please install it back.
