Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times.

Can you check, if your iPhone is in ring mode by the Ring/Silent switch towards the screen? You'll find this switch on the top-left side of your iPhone, above the volume buttons.
It’s not exactly a button.I see what you’re talking about but it doesn’t do anything when I push it it is red

Can you please, open the picture below and make sure, that all switches are on, the sound bar toggle is at least in the middle and that you have a ringtone?
