I have changed my router so my wifi changed but i do not know how to check the printer The printer on off button flashes and i cant print anything

I have done diagnostic on printer and it says good.

Please follow these steps to power cycle your
printer:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and wait at least 1 minute.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and turn the printer on.

Okay, then we really need to set up a new WiFi network.
Please follow these steps (read all the instructions first):
- Go to your new router, locate the WPS button, press it, and hold for 10 seconds, until the WPS indicator will start flashing.
- Within two minutes, press and hold the Wireless button on the printer control panel for at least three seconds, and then release the button.
- The Wireless LED and the Ready LED will start blinking simultaneously.
