Hi im having trouble connecting my bluetooth on my IOS device when using my Garmin Approach r10

The connection and device works perfect on the Garmin app: Home Tee Hero but when I set up my free trial on TruGolf E6 Connect, the program says the R10 is not connected. I have tried setting it up a few times with no help. The laptop is upgraded and the R10 is upgraded to the latest version.

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?
