On 4th of June I booked trip from Malaga Airport to AluaSun Costa Hotel. First one didn't arrived couse of car technical issues. I need to cancelling trip by myself and this cost me €6. Second driver didn't arrived. I called him and texted, but no response. Was showing al time 4 min to pick up. I asked driver to cancel my trip, but no an3
Finally I need to cancelling by myself and pay again €6 cancellation fee

You can apply for a refund manually using an Uber mobile app. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Uber app on your mobile device
  2. Log in to your account if you’re not already signed in
  3. Tap on your Account icon in the upper right corner
  4. Choose the Trips option
  5. Tap Past
  6. Select the trip you want to be refunded for
  7. Choose I Want a Refund
  8. Pick the issue on the list that most closely resembles your problem
  9. Read the policy for the issue you chose carefully
  10. Enter any details the form might request and submit your dispute
