1. Please, open the Afterpay app.
2. Click 'I don't know my password' & enter the email address associated with your Afterpay account.
3. This will send you an SMS verification code. Enter the code once received and set up a new password.
And try to log in to the account with new password.

Visit www.afterpay.com and click on 'Log In'
Enter the email address associated with your Afterpay account
Click on 'Forgot?'
This will send you an SMS verification code. Enter the code once received and set up a new password.
