Now, type "Regedit" and press enter to open the registry editor.

Then, proceed to: Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachment Have you found the "Attachment" folder?

Once you have found the Attachment folder, click on it to locate ScanWithAntivirus on the right side.

Please, right-click on ScanWithAntivirus, select modify and put the value as "0"
