Can you help me tether my phone to my tablet?

Customer: Yes. One moment. The tablet is a NUU 8, the phone is a tracfone moto g power the tablet is a Muu 8

Customer: just a sec -- no. i have a tracfone acct. they don't support mobile tethering. The NUU 8 comes with a lifetime supply of time and data

Customer: No. The tablet does not work as a phone. It does work as a mobile hotspot. It is a bit of a mess. I appreciate your patience. I want to ride the Spin electric scooter. It won't take Tracfone because they don't support mobile tethering. The NUU 8 does. It has bluetooth and hotspot capability. the phone wants to pair with the tablet but not vice versa. PITA big time.

Vitalii Yovko: You can turn select phones into a Wi-Fi hotspot, allowing your Wi-Fi enabled devices to connect to the internet using your mobile data connection. To enable this feature from the main screen, follow these steps:

If Wi-Fi is enabled on your tablet, turn it off by sliding the status bar down from the main screen. Tap the "Wi-Fi" icon to turn it off, then return to the Home screen.
From the main screen, locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
If necessary, tap "Connections" or "Network & internet."

Customer: I have to buy a different phone. Tracfone does not support mobile tethering. I thought I could get it to work with the NUU tablet. Tracfone won't tether to anything. But .... while I was typing, the phone identified a device it will pair with. I turned on the hotspot on the phone. So it should pair with the tablet. Right?

Customer: Yes. Everybody but you is closed on Saturday. But I will keep going with you.

Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen.

Choose Settings.
Choose Connected devices.
Choose Pair new device.

Customer: yes. thank you ... two devices are available, AX50 and Laptop
