- Right-click on a blank arena of your desktop -> Display settings
- Scroll down and choose "Advanced display settings"
- Select "Display adapter properties for Display 1"
- Go to the "Monitor" tab -> screen refresh rate:

There are options for lower Hertz... like 50, 30, 29 ect
Can you please clarify how your monitor is connected to your computer?
There is a HDMI coming from the monitor. Then we have a display adapter connected to the other end plugging into the PC
