Best Buy told me they would back up my computer before repair. Now I have my computer back and no office 365. They can't figure out how to reinstall it, can you?

- Go to www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
- Sign in with the account you associated with this version of Office.
- From the home page select Install Office
- Select Office 365 apps to begin the installation.
Can you please follow steps above to download Office 365 ?

it's installing whole new 365 family. I don't want family, I want office and all my old information on 365, not new install
