Are Oppo Find X5 warranties transferable if the phone is sold by the original purchase

I gave one to my 86 year old wife this Christmas but its systems are to complex for her, & I have had to by a less complicated one to replace it & need to sell it. Does the warranty transfer with the phone?

OPPO does not warrant the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product. It is non-transferable.

As I understand it the warranty on an Oppo Find X5 is not transferable from the original purchaser if it is sold by that person whilst still under warranty. Is this right?

Yes, it is right. The warranty extends only to the original buyer.
