A few weeks ago I purchased Peacock premium and had it charged to my account

I can not seem to get it to play shows. When I try and sign in it says the account already exists

Go to your account by clicking on Sign in at the top right corner of the website or app.
2. Select "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter the email address that you used when you signed up for Peacock and click on Continue.
4. Peacock will email you a link to reset your password.
