When I was younger I made an Afterpay account

But since I have had new phone numbers and I do not remember my password for my account. So I’ve got no way to get into my After-pay account. I just need to know what to do so I can change my password and phone number on Afterpay so I’m back in?

Visit www.afterpay.com and click on 'Log In'

  1. Step 1: Enter the email address associated with your Afterpay account
  2. Step 2: Click on 'Forgot?'
  3. Step 3: This will send you an SMS verification code on your email. Enter the code once received and set up new password.

It says shop via the app. And at the top right I could sign in or make an account.
That link took me to a page with the email sign in but it still tried to sms my old old phone number.

Please,try to follow the link in the previous message.
And after entering the email address check all folders in your email account incl spam etc…

I’ve tried both links and their not working. Both trying to message phone number and not my email

Can you make a screenshot of the page after entering the email?
To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

Yes alright let me do that now. The only email from afterpay I have is the one saying I tried to creat an account with my new number but apparently I’ve already got one made
