There is an issue with advertisment of our Instagram Reel

Well, we posted one reel recently. Now we are not able to boost it. Because (my guess) is that one of our promoters made it as a branded content on his Instagram.

I get the message that "You can only boost branded content post with one brand partner"
yes, yesterday when I tried to boost, it was rejected by Instagram.
Since then I've been trying to find what the issue is.
The "partner" removed his advertisment and the reel on his page.

So, in order to boost it again, you need to create a new post with the same partner and try to get an agreement not to delete this post. You can also add them to favorites or highlights, so they could still be on your page.

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

To revoke ad creation access:
Tap Settings.
Tap Business.
Tap Branded Content.
Tap Ad Creation Partners.
You should see the business partner under “Approved Partners.” Tap Remove to revoke their ad creation access.

Do you have the contact of your partner? If yes, you need to make another post together and promote it correctly, so you both have a post, that is boosted.

As you will add and your partner will do everything correctly and have an agreement, so yes. But you also need to make sure, that your post is good for boosting as Instagram has its own tools of promoting reels.

To allow a brand partner to boost:
Create a post.
On the screen where you write a caption, tap to toggle on Add paid partnership label.
Tap Add brand partners.
Search for the brand partner that you want to tag in your post and tap Add.
Tap Next to allow brand partner to boost.
Tap Done.
Add the paid partnership label to Reels:

  • After you've selected a photo or video and added a caption, effects, and filters, tap Next.
  • Tap Advanced Settings.
  • Turn the Add paid partnership label toggle on.
  • Tap Add brand partners to add up to two brands.
  • Tap the name of the brand you want to add to your post.

Any idea why it happens?

In general, shadowbanning refers to blocking a user’s social media content in such a way that they are unaware that it’s happening. Instagram puts it due to its T&C and Privacy Policy.

yes. Ths funny thing is that there hasn't been made any posts that are in violation with their policies...
But that is maybe a bigger project to undertake here. I will come back to you. Now I have to try and get this fixed first.
