Someone is in my Netflix account watching Spanish language programs, but I don't speak Spanish and today I can't even choose English as a primary language, which may be incompetence on my end

I just changed my password, but now what?

Short summary:

  1. On your TV, open Netflix and look for the profile icon or the Menu button. The profile icon may look like a person's head and shoulders, and the Menu button may be represented by three horizontal lines.
  2. Select "Manage Profiles" from the menu.
  3. Choose the profile that you want to edit and tap on it.
  4. Look for the option labeled "Display Language" and select "English" as the language.
  5. Once you have selected English as the language, check to see if the subtitles are also set to English. If not, you can change the subtitle language in the same menu.

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Okay, so you changed the password, but Netflix is still in Spanish, right?

It won't load. Let's just make this very easy . I'm just going to cancel my Netflix subscription and that solves the problem. Thank you for your time.

Do you need help with cancelling your Netflix subscription?

Customer Replay

Probably.

To cancel your Netflix subscription please go to this page: https://www.netflix.com/cancelplan and click on the “Finish Cancellation” button.
You won't be charged again unless you restart your account. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use Netflix until the account cancels automatically at the end of the billing period.
Do you have any additional questions I can help you with?

Customer Replay

I'm on automatic billing.
