On my chromebook, Google play disappeared.

When I try to reinstall it, I get Error code 6. I am disabled and can't type well, I need step by step guide to fix this.

Please follow this:

  1. On your Chromebook click on the "Settings icon"
  2. Scroll down you should see a "Google Play Store" option there
  3. Click “turn on.”

I have tried this before. I turn it on and then it takes about 5 mins and I get error code 6

Please, try one more time, after turning it on, you should see a licence agreement page
Make sure you click “Accept” (after reading the agreement and if you accept it)

Got it, please check if you see any Google Play icons in the app list

Try to clicking on it, or it is greyed out?

I clicked on it and it sent me back to settings

Understood, we should re-login to your account on Chromebook
Open the "Manage devices" page in your browser

Locate your Chromebook there, click on it, and select "Sign out"

Ok done. Google play is back and I am trying to install a game to make sure it works!
