My instagram account was hacked and I need it back asap

If your contact information was changed by a hacker, you had to receive an email from Instagramwith the "secure your account" option.
So, you need to visit your mailbox and find a letter first.
Please, check all your folders, including spam, junk, social media, etc. Please note, that a letter should be sent from security@instagrammail.com

1. From the login screen inside the Instagram app, tap "Forgotten password?". Select your Username, put it in the field, then tap Next.
2. After that you'll see a screen with a linked email and phone number, but you need to tap "Can't reset your password?".
3. On the following screen please choose the option "Try another way".
4. Then pick "My account was hacked". After that, you will be asked a question if you have photos of yourself in your profile.
5. Enter any e-mail address you have access to so Instagram can contact you
