Nice to meet you, *****!
Has it worked as intended before? When have you noticed this issue?

Customer Replay

If I am not at home it will run for several hours.
Yes it has always worked well. Started this about a month ago.

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Customer Replay

Cleaned the contacts, the side brushes, put on a new filter.

Noted.
Is your Roomba Wi-Fi connected?

Customer Replay

Yes it is connected.

Customer Replay

Should I unplug the unit from the outlet?

It is possible a part of roomba's memory became corrupt and indicates there is a valid schedule. Pulling the battery will erase the memory.
Yes, please, unplug it first.

Customer Replay

Okay it's unplugged

Pull the battery out for a few minutes.

Customer Replay

Okay
It's been unplugged

After that, put them back in and make a scheduled run.

Customer Replay

SORRY where do u find the battery

For this, you will need a screwdriver:

  1. The first step is taking out the side brush, which hinders the base plate from coming off. Use the screwdriver to loosen the single bolt. Check for any hair wrapping on the side brush, then clean.
  2. After removing the side brush, it’s time to detach the base plate. There are five bolts securing it in place. Again, use the screwdriver to remove all the bolts, then pull out the base plate. Once the base plate is off, you’ll see the battery in the upper-middle portion of the robot.
  3. A latch holds the battery. Squeeze it to release the lock and pull the battery out.
  4. Rest it for a few minutes and put it back in.
  5. After cleaning the robot’s underbelly, reattach the base plate and side brush.

I am having difficulty getting those tiny screws out.

Do you have a screw that small to unscrew it?
