Nice to meet you, *****!
Why do you think it was exactly hacked?

Customer Replay

I have a new profile but I lost all of my friends and phone etc
I had a message from one of my Facebook friends. I clicked the link and I lost access to my Facebook

I would recommend the following steps if you get locked out of a Facebook account:

image
  1. Make sure you’re connecting from the Wi-Fi network and device you normally use. Go to facebook.com/login/identify. Find your account by searching for your phone number or email address.
  2. Send a recovery code to your phone or email address. If you don’t have access to the number and address listed, select “No longer have access to these?”.
  3. After you select “No longer have access to these?” Facebook offers you to enter your password once again. If you can not remember your password please select "I cannot access my email".
  4. Add a new email address.
  5. Enter your name and upload your ID. Press "Upload ID" to select what type of document you want to upload as a verification of your ID. Press "Send". You will receive a message that Facebook will contact you via email shortly.
  6. If you don't have access to any of the ID verification options Facebook offers then select "I don't have any of these". It becomes available after you you press "Show more" in the "Choose type of ID" window. Now you can upload 2 official documents to confirm your ID Is everything clear with the provided instruction?

Yes, I got access to my Facebook account but this is the new profile. I suppose I cannot get back my photos and my friends list I had in my previous profile.

That is sad, really.
So, you created a new profile, correct?

Customer Replay

Yes I followed the instructions and could change the password used by the hacker.

Understood you. So, also ask your friends and family to report the hacker.

So my photos are lost?

As the hacker changed all of the information and you cannot login, that means, that there is a tiny-little chance to get those.
If you have your photos on your other devices, that is nice. But if they are on the page, where the hacker is, there is nearly impossible to get those back.

ok then, thanks.
