My downloads are not working

i chatted with another expert and they wanted me to pay by cr card R15 to access xpert help, i dont have a credit card. how do i fix the download error - which states "you'll need to remove downloads from this device of from another device on your plan"

Short summary:

  1. Open the Netflix app on your ITEL Cellphone.
  2. Tap the Profiles or More icon (located in the lower right corner).
  3. Scroll down and tap on App Settings.
  4. Tap on Delete All Downloads.
  5. On the confirmation screen, tap Delete to remove all downloaded titles.
  6. Try to download a TV show or movie again to see if the issue is resolved.

If the above steps do not work and you still encounter the same error, try the following:

  1. Open the Netflix app.
  2. Tap the More icon.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Under Settings, select Manage Download Devices.
  5. Select Remove Device on every device except your phone.

If you still see downloaded episodes that you want to remove:

  1. Go to the Manage Download Devices section in the Netflix app.
  2. Select your Android Phone.
  3. Tap on Show downloads.
  4. Below that, select Remove Device to remove the downloads.

there is a yellow exclamation mark which states the following:" You'll need yo remove downloads from this device or from another deviceo n your plan What service are you using when you see that error?
Theres only 1 episode downloaded currently

This error means you’ve reached the limit of how many downloads you can have in your account.
Deleting the downloads you’re done watching is usually enough to fix this error.

Try this way, please:

Try this way then:

  1. Open the Netflix app.
  2. Tap the More icon.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Under Settings, select Manage Download Devices.

Follow the instructions below:

  1. From the Netflix app, tap theDownloads Download Icon.
  2. From the upper right, tap Edit edit pencil.
  3. To delete an individual episode from a TV show, tap the TV show first.
  4. Tap the red X to remove the download from your device.
