My bank is sending me an envelope

It was picked up yesterday and is out for transit. The bank didn't get a tracking number. How can I find out where and when this envelope is?

My bank sent me an envelope yesterday. I expected it to be delivered to my home yesterday. I haven't received it yet. The bank manger didn't get a tracking number. If you don’t have a tracking number, you can still track your package by using a reference number associated with your shipment, or a purchase order number.
