I couldn't buy anything with my credit card I couldn't buy anything and YouTube told me to change my email address so I did and if we started my PlayStation then when I turned it back on it wouldn't get past the screen that told me to plug up my controller but my controller won't sync

For some reason I can't sign into my Playstation app either
I see, it could be that the email change signed you out.
Does it not let you log in, what is the issue?
When I turn it on it just let me pass that screen that tells me to plug in my controller the one that sent the picture of that's it it shows a PS logo and that's it
And when you plug in the controller, does the screen change?
Nope when I press the button it'll turn blue for a second then I'll turn it Orange then I press the button again and it flickers blue and it turns it once it turns back to Orange
Orange light usually indicates that your controller needs to be charged.
Can you check if it's charged?

Turn off your PlayStation 5 completely by holding down the power button until you hear one beep and another one in five seconds.
I thought if you plug in your controller to the PlayStation itself then you push the button it should still work without it before we charge but I don't know I'm plugged it in now to charge it
That's good!
You can also unplug all the cables on the back of the console and leave it for one minute and plug everything back again. This will hard reset the console.
