I want to transfer all my data from my old samsung s10 to samsung A20 phone

Got it.
Launch Smart Switch App on both devices. Go to Settings > Cloud and Accounts > Smart Switch > Wireless.
Is everything clear with the provided instruction?

Try opening the Smart Switch again after that.

Go to Settings > Cloud and Accounts > Smart Switch.
