To reset your User ID, do the following:
Tap on the link:

https://login.usdirectexpress.com/edcfdtclient/forgotUserId.jsp

Enter the credit card number and the code from the picture.
Reset link will be sent to the email you registered your Direct Express account with.

Step 2 :User Verification via Email or SMS
Step 3 :Set Your New Password
You do not need to remember it - just follow the first link and reset the User ID. You only need your credit card number.
