I left my bag in the uber,and this happend 2days ago

So i report this to uber,but there are no response.

The best way to contact a driver about a lost item is to call them through the Uber app:

  1. Open the Uber app and log into your account, if prompted
  2. Select “Activity" from the menu at the bottom of the screen and then the trip during which you lost
    the item.
  3. Tap “Find lost item” and then “Contact driver about a lost item”.
  4. Enter your phone number to call the driver.

I tried this, but the app says i already reported, so i have to wait.

Uber claims take 1-5 business days to process. Therefore, you should wait for a response, or you can try to send the report again.

Also, you can try to call Uber customer service via these numbers 800-593-7069 or 800-285-6172. And ask them what stage of processing is your report about the lost item.
